SECTION 01 // BASELINE CRITERIA

Quality Standards & Grading Protocol

All shipments undergo strict pre-shipment auditing and mandatory warehouse inspection upon arrival at Tanjung Perak Port and our Malang processing facility.

VISUAL BENCHMARK

Natural Grain Superiority

We prioritize full substance, un-buffed rawhides with uniform subcutaneous fat removal, sharp flank trimming, and uncompromised epidermal integrity.

Material Consistency

We require uniform thickness profiles throughout the butt and bend areas, minimal natural scarring, absence of brand marks in prime cutting zones, and tight grain structure.

Preservation & Salting

Rigorous salting protocols are mandatory. Hides must be thoroughly cured with clean, fine- grained vacuum salt within 12 hours of slaughter to eliminate bacterial putrefaction during sea transit.

Standardized Grading

Strict adherence to the four-tier grading framework (Grade A, B, C, and Tannery Run/TR). Every packed pallet must feature transparent defect mapping and lot identification stickers.

Packing Protocols & Export Verification

To withstand trans-oceanic humidity and meet Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture quarantine requirements, all shipments must adhere to the following mandatory guidelines:

ISPM-15 Heat-Treated Palletizing

Hides must be stacked flat on fumigated/heat-treated wooden pallets complying with ISPM 15 standards. Bundles must be secured using heavy-gauge polyethylene plastic wrap with moisture absorbents and exterior steel strapping.

Mandatory Bilateral Health Certifications

Every consignment requires an authentic Government Veterinary Sanitary Certificate confirming freedom from Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Anthrax, Certificate of Origin (Form D / E / AK / COO), and detailed Comme

Containers (20' Heavy Tested or 40' Dry High Cube) must be fitted with protective corrugated liners and bottom floor drainage pads to collect residual brine during international transit.
